| I'm thinking of trading in my wii, games and some retro stuff to get a ps3. I already have a 360 so am only really interested in using the ps3 for console exclusives and blu-rays. What games would you recommend?
Saying that if you think getting a ps3 is a bad idea please tell me why i shouldn't bother. |

| I can only pretty much second what Wretro said. You can pick up some absolute classics for around £5 - £10 at the moment...
Killzone 2 Heavenly Blade Motorstorm 1 & 2 MAG
Around £10 - £20...
Uncharted 1 & 2 Heavy Rain God of War 3

| Thanks for the replies guys. Is it worth getting a 320gb model over the 160gb if I'm only going to be using it (mainly) for console exclusives? |

| Only thing you have to think about regarding space, is that most games need installing to the hard drive.
But saying that it may be cheaper to get the smaller drive and upgrade it yourself at a later date.
I am a 100% offline gamer so the PS3 suits me down to the ground. I think you will not be disappointed if you purchased one. |

Oops, yeah. It's got some genuinely funny dialogue in it. I'm stuck near the end though too.
As for HDD size. I upgraded my 60GB with a 320GB HDD that I had hanging around & it took about 2 minutes. To be honest I'd say go for the smaller one if it's significantly cheaper, you can always upgrade later if you need to. |

| Depends on price difference on which model to buy but upgrading is easy providing you have an external HD and replacement drive for it, so weigh up the odds in that department..... now only if i could do that cheap with my 360 |

You can pick up an external enclosure for about £3 -£4 of eBay. If you have enough room in your PC you could juggle the back-up file without needing anything else. You then have the added bonus of gaining an external HDD when you've finished.
I managed to back my old drive up to a 16GB flash drive when I done it. They can be picked up pretty cheaply now. |

| I went for a 320gb gran turismo model in the end as it was more or less the same price as the standalone 160gb and gran turismo (if that makes sense).
I can't afford any other games at the moment but like the sound of most of the exclusive titles you guys have listed.

| The best reason for getting a PS3 is the list of exclusives coming 2011. Compared to only Gears 3 on the 360. |
