I've been messing around with this though my phone & tablet & figured if the ITV Player & 4OD work on the PS3 through its browser then it might be worth trying. The quality isn't fantastic, but it works (& on the PC too). You need to register with the site to get in, but it's all free & carries all the decent free to view channels. Someone might find it useful.

*EDIT* I've just tried it on the Wii, but it uses Flash & the Wii can't play it.

I found it a godsend on my ps3 recently as I had some knee surgery and was laid up in the bedroom which had rubbish tv reception. It's a great site although it's mis-named I think as it is only 30 seconds behind.

Hmmm? It wouldn't work on the Wii as it complained about the lack of Flash, but the iPhone doesn't support Flash. I wonder how that works then? If I can be bothered to turn my Wii back on I'll try to have a hunt about at some point.

Common misconception regarding the IOS devices and their lack of flash. Most sites hosting video online now support (IOS device friendly) HTML5.
Yeah, been enjoying TVcatchup on the ipad/phone and pc for months now and it works really well.

I also use my ipod touch with TV Catch Up (mobile) and it's great.
